Four days and about 1800km and the car is running just as smoothly as we wish. I’ve been patting the steering wheel at every car wrecker we pass by. We driven through huge country landscapes, vast nowhere land, through wine district without buying a single bottle but to instead buy some oranges up close to Mildura. Apart from one alive we’ve seen many dead kangaroos along the way and I’m happy we never hit anyone as it seems to be pretty common. We are close to be hitting the outback though soon and have already driven trough dusty, dry areas where the sun is your only companion. Before a stop in Port Agusta which is the last large town before Alice Springs for to top up with petrol, water and food we will drive through the Flinders Range National Park. So, here’s some shots from the trip so far.
